When you email us or request information, this may include your name, institution or organization, role, business email address, telephone number and the contents of your enquiry. The current Website may also store a local language preference on your device when you use the language selector.

- To answer enquiries, arrange consultations and provide requested program information.
- To prepare or discuss a proposal and, where applicable, perform or administer a contract with an institution.
- To comply with legal obligations, protect our rights and maintain Website security.

4. Retention and destruction
We retain enquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond, manage the relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
