When you email us or request information, this may include your name, institution or organization, role, business email address, telephone number and the contents of your enquiry. The current Website may also store a local language preference on your device when you use the language selector.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- To answer enquiries, arrange consultations and provide requested program information.
- To prepare or discuss a proposal and, where applicable, perform or administer a contract with an institution.
- To comply with legal obligations, protect our rights and maintain Website security.
Where consent is required by law, we will request it separately. You may decline to provide optional information, but we may then be unable to respond fully to your request.
4. Retention and destruction
We retain enquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond, manage the relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Our basic retention period is five years after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required by law or a separate contract. When retention ends, we delete or securely destroy the information in a manner that prevents reconstruction.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. This Website is not directed to children under 14. If we need to collect personal information from a child under 14, we will obtain the consent required by applicable law.
